Aardman Puppet
Meet Ronnie the scout leader.
Brief: Design a character that fits into the Aardman universe, Shaun the Sheep.
Fully animatable puppet with ball and socket armature. Involved 2-part moulds, working with silicone, plaster, formite and fibre glass. Using silver soldering to make armature adjustments. Cleaning seams and silicone painting. Grip blocks, clip foam, pattern making and costume fabrication.
